Squash Wales were delighted to hold the annual Welsh Masters Closed 2023 at Swansea Tennis & Squash Club.
It was great to be back in Swansea for the Welsh Masters Closed 2023 and fantastic to see over 100 entries competing in the tournament. The tournament consisted of 12 age category competitions and 10 plate competitions for first round losers.
The competition began promptly at 5pm on Friday evening, players were focussed and playing very competitive squash, there were many hard-fought matches right up to close of play on Sunday evening… they were playing for National titles of course!
All winners received their Karakal prizes with trophies & cups presented by The Welsh Masters Committee chairman Nick Guard.
Many thanks to all the organisers, Swansea Tennis & Squash Club and officials for making it such a well-run event and we hope to see you all next year at Rhiwbina Squash Club.
