Richard Bennett is currently the Director of Commercial Services at Bangor University in North Wales. A keen recreational squash player, Richard took up the game during postgraduate studies in Canada and has continued to play ever since. Prior to moving to Bangor, Richard was the Performance Director at the University of the West of England in Bristol and oversaw the development of the nationally renowned squash scholarship programme, attracting some of the world’s best junior players to study for a degree while continuing to play elite level squash. A former international hockey coach, Richard lives just outside the Snowdonia National Park in Gwynedd. Richard is currently the chair of the European Squash Disciplinary panel.
