LEAGUE COMMITTEE REVIEW AND LEAGUE PANEL DECISIONS

SUMMARY OF LEAGUE COMMITTEE (LC) AND LEAGUE PANEL (LP) DECISIONS.

The Board of Squash Wales has created this new section of the website to provide visibility of decisions and for clubs and teams to better understand how the League Committee and League Panel are likely to determine requests for decision review or appeals relating to League matters.

The League Constitution & Rules detail the procedure and process to seek review of decisions of the League Manager to the League Committee, and to appeal to the League Panel. This process is on pages 4-6 of the League Constitution & Rules.

The League Constitution & Rules also contain other provisions which clubs and teams may seek to use for their benefit.
