Our Strategy

At Squash Wales, we’re committed to the continuous development of the sport in Wales on a national and local level. We spent a year consulting with staff, players and officials to create a 5 year strategy that’s robust and full of passion.

Keeping in line with the wider Welsh sporting landscape and sector wide Governance and Leadership Framework for Wales (GLFW), the 2020-2025 strategy aims to get more people, more active, more often and build a resilient squash community for all that want to get involved.

The strategy dives into improving memberships, developing a strong Squash Wales brand, diversity & inclusion, reviewing and updating the Player Pathway, creating more opportunity for players and becoming a model of best practice.
