Ian is an experienced leader with a broad background spanning construction, finance, IT and sport. He is the Coach Development Manager for Cricket Wales, a role that reflects his deep commitment to people development and supporting coaches at every stage of their journey. A long-standing cricket and football coach, Ian has spent more than 20 years supporting youth pathways and is passionate about helping individuals grow both on and off the field. He also serves on the North Wales Junior Cricket League Committee. His multi-sector experience enables him to drive organisational growth, operational improvement and long-term sustainability. Outside of work, Ian is an enthusiastic multi-sport participant, enjoying cricket, football, squash and golf, and is an Everton season-ticket holder.
