Tom has worked across the entire participation-to-performance pathway for over 15 years. He is currently the Head of Sport and Leisure at City St Georges, University of London and acts as the BUCS London universities regional Chair. Prior to this, Tom worked at the University of Surrey and Greenwich Leisure Limited/Better. After a successful athletic career, British number one and double Commonwealth medallist for Wales in fencing, Tom also served as Welsh Fencing’s Performance Manager and the LOC’s Deputy Director for the Modern Pentathlon World Championships.
