Allison is a senior financial services professional with extensive expertise in Global Capital Markets, Public Finance, and Sustainable Investment. She also runs a property development company dedicated to creating affordable accommodation in the Midlands. Allison brings significant expertise in corporate strategy, fundraising, business building and stakeholder management.
Born and raised in Zimbabwe, she moved to the UK to study Economics, Politics, and International Relations at Warwick University. Beyond her professional career, Allison is passionate squash player—having represented Zimbabwe at junior level, competed in senior county ladies squash in the UK, and currently captains the Ladies First team at the Wimbledon Racquets and Fitness Club.
