
Neil is an experienced commercial financial professional having worked in a variety of enterprises from start-up companies to large-scale multi-national Groups, in both the public and private sectors. The organisations he has worked for include the Christie-Tyler Group, Cardiff Chamber of Commerce and most recently as Group CFO of Novomatic UK.
His main area of expertise is in mergers and acquisitions having had full control over a significant number of substantial acquisitions and disposals in recent years, covering all aspects of the transactions including due diligence, negotiation, legal contracts, competition issues, taxation and employment related matters.
He qualified as a Chartered Accountant whilst training with EY and was appointed as a fellow of the institute in 2005.
Currently Neil is in the process of transitioning to a career as a portfolio finance director, business consultant and non-executive director.
Neil played at a modest level in a number of sports in his younger days, especially football, cricket and squash but is now an avid supporter of all sports.
